Hotel Benacus offered a delightful stay. The staff's warmth made me feel very welcome, and exceptional cleanliness stood out everywhere. Morning breakfasts provided an impressive spread with homemade pastries and a custom egg cooking station. The terrace with stunning views of the lake served as a perfect spot for relaxation. I appreciated the solar-heated swimming pool's inviting atmosphere. One downside was the limited options for fried breakfast, which might disappoint those wanting more variety in their morning meals. I found occasionally that getting a taxi was challenging during busy hours. Regardless, the location near a lovely lakeside promenade was convenient for walks into Malcesine. The room had excellent air conditioning, making my stay comfortable.

had an amazin stay at eco hotel benacus! the staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. the pool area was so chill, perfect for relaxin after a day out. brekfast was awesome with lots of fresh options. location was great, just a short walk to the lake and super close to restaurants!
only wish there were more options for family-friendly dining nearby. also, the wifi was a bit spotty sometimes.
